“Amnesty International” was in need for an “Amnesty mobile” to help them raise awareness for their cause. In close cooperation with “Amnesty International” we developed a concept that would suit their needs. The “Amnestymobile” should be both professional and functional, while maintaining the charm of an old self-made VW camper. It should personify the ideals of an activist whose first priority would be to invest every cent into helping the cause — in no way luxurious or wasteful.

The solution was a complete remodeling of an old local Berlin transportation system double-decker bus. After a core removal the interior and exterior was completely redesigned. The bus is equipped with a small tea and coffee station and several touchscreen media points. It is designed to be multifunctional and equipped for hosting exhibitions, meetings, movie screenings, and other various media related events.
